Not cleaning the surface before application
Give your surfaces a light clean to get rid of any previous dressing or polish. Dirt and grime prevent Multi-Surface Car Detailer from bonding properly, which causes streaks and uneven shine.

Applying too much product
Multi-Surface Car Detailer is super concentrated, so you only need a little to cover a large surface area. Using too much creates a greasy residue, wastes product, and makes buffing much harder.

Driving right after tire application
While this product absorbs fast, it is best to let tires dry overnight to prevent any sling on the vehicle. Driving too soon causes product to fling onto your paint, creating spots that are difficult to remove.
The fixLet tires dry 8 to 12 hours (overnight) before driving. If sling occurs, wash the affected paint immediately with car soap and water.

Buff
- Use a clean, dry microfiber towel, not the applicator pad
- Buff in straight lines, not circles, until the surface is streak-free
- Flip the towel to a clean side frequently

What if it looks streaky?
You used too much product. Multi-Surface Car Detailer is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Use a clean, dry microfiber towel and buff more thoroughly until the streaks disappear. Next time, start with half the amount you used.
How much product should I use?
Start with a dime-sized amount for a 2ft x 2ft area. You can always add more, but you cannot take it back. If the surface feels sticky or looks greasy, you have used too much. Remember that this product is super concentrated.
Can I use this on headlights or the windshield?
No. While Multi-Surface Car Detailer will not damage glass, it will leave streaks and can reduce visibility. Use a glass-specific cleaner for windows and headlights. This product is designed for dashboard, trim, tires, vinyl, rubber, plastic, and leather surfaces only.
Can this product remove scratches?
No. Multi-Surface Car Detailer restores and protects surfaces but does not remove scratches. It will make minor scratches less visible by restoring shine to the surrounding surface, but deep scratches require professional repair or a cutting compound.
My tires are slinging product onto my paint. What do I do?
This happens when you drive too soon after application. The product needs 8 to 12 hours to fully cure on tires. If sling has already occurred, wash the affected paint immediately with car soap and water. For future applications, apply tires last and let them dry overnight before driving. Can I use this on leather seats?
Yes. Multi-Surface Car Detailer is safe for automotive leather. Use it sparingly: apply a small amount to your applicator pad and work it into the leather in circular motions. Buff thoroughly with a clean microfiber towel. For best results on leather, test on a hidden area first.
How do I store the product?
Store Multi-Surface Car Detailer at room temperature (50 to 85F), away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Shake well before each application. Properly stored, the product has a shelf life of 2 to 3 years.
The product feels sticky after application. What should I do?
You applied too much product. Buff the surface more aggressively with a clean, dry microfiber towel. If it is still sticky, apply a tiny amount of fresh product and immediately buff it out. This helps pick up the excess. The surface should feel smooth and dry, not tacky, when properly applied.
